Staking/Unstaking UI Improvement

Dear Matrixian,

It comes to our attention that certain members encounter unstaking issue. Essentially, it is a scenario which one fails to unstake before the expiry date and auto-renew for another year. As a lesson learnt from this scenario, please consider below actions for a better staking/unstaking experience :

1. Do not assume the 1-year period is in line with the calendar. This means, if you stake on 1 March, 2021, it does not mean the expiry date is 28 February 2022. The backend takes 30-day as 1 month.

2. Always check TOM and your wallet for the expiry date.

3. Unstake according to the date of TOM and Wallet.

4. If you choose fixed staking, you can click untake just after successful staking, and you are supposed to get the rewards that match the period you choose. For example, you choose a 1-year(360days) stake on 8th April 2022, after successful staking, you can even click unstake on 9th April 2022. Then you still get all the 360days rewards. Since this staking function counts time by days rather than months or years.

We are sorry for this inconvenience caused to the member. In order to provide a better user experience, IT will work on improving the relevant user interface.
